Welp, all those misgivings about Kai were not wrong. In this week’s Midnight, Texas, titled “No More Mr. Nice Kai,” the proverbial s*** hits the fan. But let’s start with another problem as seen in these new photos from NBC.

That demon is Chuy (confirmed in the photo descriptions provided by NBC), and he’s clearly angry. He’s also gone to the Crystal Desert Hotel to express that anger. It looks like Joe stops Chuy from attacking (we’re all assuming he’s going after Walker, right?) and calms him with that hand to the heart. But what’s going to happen to our favorite angel/demon couple? The photo of Lem moving Olivia away from Manfred appears to be from around the same time as Chuy’s thwarted attack; what is she upset about? My bet is that it has to do with Patience.

Is Patience as innocent as she appears? I still think not.

Lem and Olivia go snooping, probably in the basement of the hotel. What are they looking for? What do they find?
