Roundtable Discussion: “Patience is a Virtue”

Join us while we discuss the episode “Paitence is a Virtue” with the following format, BITE: B(ad) I(nteresting) T(oo much) E(verything else)

Manfred and Kai team up against a common foe. Olivia and Bobo search for a way to bring Fiji back to their side. Joe gets a surprising visitor.

BAD

Lisa: Ugh….one word. Centipede.

Roz: That centipede going after Fiji’s butterfly was something I really could have done without. I get that we need the real Fiji back, but yikes! That Fiji went into the world with the dark magic was something could have lead to something independent of finding Theopolis, but now they’re linked and everything connected with Fiji’s dark magic is not good.

INTERESTING

Lisa: Delilah! I felt her character and storyline was interesting and I wish her character was introduced earlier. I’d love to see more Delilah vs. Patience. I enjoyed the flashback scenes.

Roz: How Patience and her brother were turned into dark magic. I can’t say I expected an incest theme to pop up here, but it did. Rarely do we see something like that in a place where everyone has to see that family members can love each other in that way.

TOO MUCH

Lisa: Again…Centipede! Patience was doing the most! I’m really not a fan of her. The incest plot was a little too much as well.

Roz: Everything that Patience was trying to do this week. This is one story that I didn’t think could make me squirm, but I am so uncomfortable with this plot.

EVERYTHING ELSE

Lisa: No..Manny no! I am still in shock over the headless Manny. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Roz: Oh no! That ending. How the hell is this going to get resolved next week?
