Trace Lysette cast as witch on Midnight, Texas

TVLine reports that Trace Lysette has been cast as a guest star for Midnight, Texas season 2. According to the site, she appears in episode 5 and brings a “shocker” of an announcement for Fiji. Let’s see if we can speculate what the nature of that announcement might be…

Celeste is described as a “dark witch” who is “stunningly attractive in a too-much-is-never-enough way. She loves designer labels and would fit in nicely with any of Bravo’s Real Housewives, and when she arrives on Fiji’s doorstep in Episode 5, she delivers a huge announcement.”

It would appear that Celeste knows Fiji, or at least knows of her, if she knows where to find her. Could she be part of a coven that wants to hold Fiji accountable for something? Does she have some sort of claim to Fiji’s powers? Is she a long lost not-named-after-an-island sister? What do you think?
